Can I return an order?

Yes, you can.

Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.

Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless there was a mistake in delivery caused by us. Please note that items that are on sale cannot be returned.

My Order has been canceled. What should I do?

We are very sorry to hear that your order has been canceled.

At busy periods, we have a great amount of visitors on our website. Because of that, it may happen that the last specific product, has been bought by multiple persons. Since we have different stocks around the world, the delivery time depends on the location of the warehouse of the bought product. Some of our brands offer products made by hand. Orders within the European Union are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) and will not be subject to any additional charges, appart from the regular shipping costs that are visable in the checkout. Countries outside the European Union are shipped DDU and additional charges may be added by your local customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and customs and are not collected by The Next Cartel.
