Welcome our newest series here at TNC, which we like to call “TNC Weekend”. In this series we will be sharing our favourite events in cities worldwide, to inspire you to make the best out of the weekend. With restrictions being increasingly lifted, it seems like we can slowly but surely start getting back to life before the pandemic, and we could not be more excited.
This week we bring to you the best weekend plans in the metropolitan cities that are London, Barcelona, and Amsterdam.
LONDON: Radiate Windrush Restival 2021
The first event that we are really excited about for this weekend is the Radiate Windrush Festival 2021. It will take place on Saturday, the 19th of June and will be hosted in Crystal Palace Park, London. Prices vary as its free for kinds under 5 year olds and people older than 70, the rest of us will have to pay up about £20. Not bad for a packed weekend!
This empowering festival is all about food, music, dance, DJs, sound systems, art, heritage, markets & people. It is the 4th edition and within this festival they celebrate all things Black Culture & Heritage in a fun & friendly atmosphere through food, music, language, dancing, drinks, crafts & activities.

BARCELONA: 1+2 Bridge48 Anniversary
Plan your weekend well, because Barcelona has yet another awesome event taking place this weekend!
Bridge48 invites all of you to its 1+2 year anniversary! On Saturday 19th of June and Sunday 20th, the community of creators of the music of the future celebrates 2 years of life. Bridge48 is the bridge that connects emerging artists with established musicians, creating a borderless network of contacts based on universal collaboration that humanizes the industry and strengthens cultural diversity.

AMSTERDAM: Quote From The Streets – STRAAT Museum Exhibition
The Quote From The Streets exhibition at the massive STRAAT Museum in Amsterdam, a space dedicated to graffiti art, opens today, Thursday June 17th, and will be running for two weeks up until Sunday June 27th. The debut showcase considers what happens when street art comes inside asking questions about legality. It features 153 artworks by 140 artists over from 32 nationalities, a unique opportunity to explore and enjoy a huge range of work from across the globe in one spot.
