IUTER’s store in Milano is looking like a TV screen from the 1990s, with massive images of Beavis and Butt-head ready to fight for your attention.
Created in 1993, “Beavis and Butt-head” was an adult cartoon featuring two couch potatoes with no social skills.
They were music critics, heavy metal fans and were constantly being inappropriate towards other people and, well, with each other too.
“Beavis and Butt-head” was not that kind of show your parents would allow you to watch. It was more like the show you’d quickly change with the remote when someone was approaching the TV room.
So, for the whole generation that grew up secretly watching them, now it’s the time to wear it.
IUTER is not done yet with their “Old enough to know better” collection.
Back in February, they officially celebrated their 18th birthday with a tribute to the early years. The collection had features from the ‘80s cult magazine Frigidaire, the sexy diva Ilona Staller – alias Cicciolina-, rap legend Noyz Narcos, and a few pieces with “Beavis & Butt-head”.
But it was not enough. When the collection was just released, Beavis and Butt-head announced they were producing a new movie.
What could be better than getting the merchandise for the upcoming movie ready?
Composed of crewneck, t-shirt and hoodie, the streetwear style from the Italian brand is present in the latest drop of the collection, making it more than just a tribute to the cartoon.
